HEY FOLKS! DUE TO AN INCREASE IN GAS PRICES, WE'VE HAD TO REEVALUTE OUR DELIVERY POLICY AND MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS:
- AS OF MARCH 14TH, 2022, ALL ORDERS LESS THAN $100 BUT MORE THAN $25 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $8 DELIVERY FEE.
- DELIVERIES NOW TAKE PLACE ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND WILL FALL ON THE 4TH SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR GIVEN DELIVERY DATE DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US DIRECTLY THROUGH EMAIL AND WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yep! Returns are accepted up to 3 days after receiving your item(s), given item(s) are still in the same condition as at time of purchase. However, please understand that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Q: But what if my purchases arrived damaged?
A: In the event of an item(s) arriving damaged or broken, we'll make it right. Please reach out immediately after receiving your order and don't forget to include pictures of the damaged or broken item(s). After review, you can expect to receive a full refund.
Q: So, do you offer refunds for returned items?
A: Yes, of course! As a long as it falls within the 3 day return window and that the item(s) are in the same condition as at time of purchase, you can expect to receive a full refund as soon as the returned item(s) is/are safely back in our lovin' arms!
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Sure do! If you are local to Central Ohio, namely Franklin, Licking, & now Delaware counties, you can have orders delivered for a small fee of $8 with a minimum purchase of $25. Orders over $100 qualify for FREE DELIVERY.
