The Great Guamúchil:

The guamúchil tree is a native tree to Jalisco,
where these dishes are made. The tree produces
wood with beautiful grains and rich colors, and
they don't require replanting as the trees grow
very quickly thanks to rapid growth and fast-
germinating seeds.

Care:

Handwash the dish and spoons with liquid soap.
Wipe down with a dry cloth. Every so often, apply
a small portion of food safe beeswax, olive oil, or a
food safe mineral oil and rub to distribute evenly.
